   Not even worth the 1 star. We have ordered from here twice and both times we have been disappointed. Even our 3 boys who eat everything, refused to eat it. Zero toppings, burnt on top. Will not be purchasing from here again.

   Thank you so much to the kind Indian gentleman who was working solo today at 2pm when I popped in to collect my daughter's online order. My car keys and alarm holder had fallen apart and he "creatively" helped me fix it back by using some price tags to temporarily hold it in place. Then I realised I had missed inserting the battery back and found it in my car, he again helped me with it plus pushing my car back into place (as I had partially reversed it before it died). All in all, it was a busy and hot day but he made it so much easier. Much appreciated that he was calm, polite and smiling all the time.

   The quantity and the quality of the pizza and cheese scones was very poor. Whenever I oder from this store I am really disappointed. The scones were just the size of onion rings and were packed in the small box of nuggets. You can see from the size of the box in the photos how tiny the scones were with no cheese in it . Will never oder from this store again.

   Usually get deliveries from Dominos Addington but they are closed a for short time so Dominos online sent my order to Dominos Riccarton... Ordered at 3.45 and was delivered at 4.40 , pizza was just warm overcooked and my bottle of sprite was forgotten .. i paid by card ,so said they would drop it back ... WHERE IS MY BOTTLE OF SPRITE! Dominos Riccarton you are ripping off your customers ..

   If there was 0 stars it would be zero, have ordered for delivery and it hasn't even arrived yet and I ordered an hour ago so I have called the store to check how far away the order is and the person who I was talking to on the phone didn't really give an estimating time, nothing at all all he said "your delivery will be there soon" and he just hung up on me no "oh sorry that you've been waiting for an hour for your delivery" nothing. Just plain rude staff. Not helpful at all.

   The left one is the same pizza I took from Addington Store and the right one from your store. Simply put it’s burnt and dry. Never buying again from your store. Update: I get your apologies although would like to inform you that I had filled the feedback before you posted this message. I would really encourage you guys to at least check that before you post you reply here.
