They've held up great through a year of rough use walking on pavement and cycling around. These weren't waterproof, but a bit of wax on the stitching has given them water resistance. 5 stars.”

“I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

“That’s an awesome customer service from Mister Minit Riccarton. We had got our two belt been punched for some holes. It surprised us when they did it for free for us. And to show our appreciation, we bought some key chains from them. Even though they did it for free, they showed us their nice attitude and treated us like a loyal customer. “Debbie and the staff at Country Lane Fashion has been such a breeze to deal with. I have purchased a ring from them. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). “Went in looking for a suit to wear to a wedding. The knowledgeable staff were super helpful and were more than happy to present me with several options and answer silly questions like what I'm suppose to do with the buttons on a suit jacket. You can certainly get SLIGHTY cheaper suits elsewhere in the mall, but the ones here don't LOOK cheap. Got a good deal including a shirt in the end”
