“Trendez was where I got my first ear piercings over 20 years ago, and it has come a long way since then! The shop is beautifully set out, it feels relaxed and open (which is really appreciated for someone like me with social anxiety). The range of jewellery is incredible! There is absolutely something for everyone and at really good prices! But it's definitely the staff that make it such a great store. They are approachable and friendly, they don't make you feel rushed, and they aren't pushy. I just had a stacked helix done today and Lenny my piercer was fantastic. Extremely professional but also calm and kind. I highly recommend this store to everyone. I will definitely be back!”

Jannine and I came in the store and Keri greeted us straight way, she told us if our size wasn't available on the racks she can have a look out back for us. The clothes in store are amazing quality, beautiful colours and selections for all ages. We weren't sure what we were looking for at first but Keri spent an hour with us helping us with various different styles and options, it was absolutely amazing. “Debbie and the staff at Country Lane Fashion has been such a breeze to deal with. I have purchased a ring from them. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant). The knowledgeable staff were super helpful and were more than happy to present me with several options and answer silly questions like what I'm suppose to do with the buttons on a suit jacket. You can certainly get SLIGHTY cheaper suits elsewhere in the mall, but the ones here don't LOOK cheap. Got a good deal including a shirt in the end”

“Went there to grab a watch but even it says its open in website, the store was closed, we waited there till 10:30, then we waited if anyone can open the door but they are still inside laughing at us. I don't understand why the opening time is messed up, I would have come at the right time if they mentioned what time they will open. Don’t want to wait an hour to open the store. Please fix your time table. Also gave you 5 star because don't wanna be karen I just want you to fix the time table.”
