   I recently had a very good service from these amazing couple. I bought two items online (from another seller) and they had poor plating done over sterling silver. You can see the poor plating on the picture when i am holding them. I contacted Farrah and Daniel and they were very accommodating and solutions focused on how to correct this. They did an 18k plating on sterling silver to correct the oxidation and cleaned up the earrings and pendant. The results are so good and it made the stones pop out better( see first two photos) . I am so happy with the communication and the overall craftsmanship. Superb :)

   I had my eternity wedding ring repaired after one stone came off. The ring is a Bulgari-style gold band with 26 natural diamonds, and I went to Keis Design for the fix. They not only replaced the missing stone but also discovered that nearly half the stones were loose and a few were chipped. Instead of just doing the minimum, they went above and beyond — securing every stone, polishing the whole ring, and making sure it was perfect before giving it back to me, all without charging extra. This level of honesty, care, and craftsmanship is rare. I felt completely looked after and could fully trust them with something so precious. The result is stunning, and I couldn’t be happier. Both Daniel and Farah are very professional in their work and appreciation of customers as we are every appreciative of them.
