“I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”

“I have shopped and resold through this store for a number of years. The process for selling is really easy to navigate both online and in person. The shopping is always great and I've found some amazing treasures here. The highlight has to be the customer service though. All the Staff are just gorgeous humans- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In times when great customer service is hard to come by, these guys really stand out with impeccable warmth, and professionalism, happily going the extra mile even when they are busy. My favorite Recycle Boutique store! Highly recommended as a must-visit destination for preloved clothing when in Christchurch. Keep up the great work guys, you are awesome!! :-)”

“Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Visited a few PAK'nSAVE stores around the country. Super impressed. Layout is similar. A much larger store. A huge variety. Easy to find. Situated in the mall, which makes access to other stores very easy. Lots of parking across multiple levels. Fresh produce was perfect.”

“Was in the city running late for my daughter’s Jazz Exam and remembered she needed tights…. Cue panic…. But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! “Bought a pair of McKinlays from here which they shipped to the store very quickly and helped in sizing for my wide feet. They've held up great through a year of rough use walking on pavement and cycling around. These weren't waterproof, but a bit of wax on the stitching has given them water resistance. 5 stars.”

“I needed to get some new shoes for work and had just the best shoe shopping experience when I went into the Cashel street store last Thursday. Store manager Jeff was the best ! Really efficient, helpful, chatty, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. I tried on a number of different styles of shoes and sizes, and nothing seemed to be a problem to him. His manner was friendly, upbeat and down-to-earth. He gave me his time and undivided attention and seemed happy to ask all of my questions (I'm not a frequent shopper and often find decision-making hard!), he didn't mind my annoying questions and indecision. Based on all the above, I ended up buying not one but two pairs of shoes/boots! Jeff had recommended the Dr Marten Wonder balsam product to me but they were out of stock. Never fear ! Jeff and his colleague located the product at a different Platypus store (in Queenstown) and arranged for it to be delivered to my house and free of charge! Unbelievably it was in my mailbox the next day ! This was the cherry on top of the icing on the cake! Such great customer care and service. Definitely heading back. I highly recommend this store to anyone after good shoes and great service. Thanks again Jeff & co.”

“Excellent service from Bridie today. She helped me secure shoes I wanted that weren't in stock in Christchurch from another store in the last 30 mins before closing. She let me try on the same shoes in a different colour to ensure I had the right fit. I also had great service from another young lady last week. There was an issue with the email address on my loyalty account and she took the time to fix it and sort out my loyalty points - it was no problem.”

The flaky, golden pastry is absolute perfection, and the filling is something truly special. The slow-cooked beef infused with Sumatran spices creates an explosion of rich, aromatic flavors, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of warmth and depth. Every bite is pure magic. Not only is their pie award-winning (and rightfully so!), but their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to courier pies all the way to Palmerston North, and they arrived in perfect condition, safely guarded by a little gingerbread man! That personal touch says everything about the care they put into their food and their customers. I would move to Rangiora just to be closer to this bakery. If you love pies that set a new standard, do yourself a favor and get here. 1000% recommended!”
