Weak fascia due to several surgeries needed scar massaging and instead of having what I assumed would help (a massage). Kirsten educated me on how to fix these weak points by sending me home with techniques and exercise’s to strengthen my areas and have long term stability and strength. My pain reduced within a day and was non existent two days later. I have a-lot of confidence and trust in seeing Kirsten for any issues in future, rather than a quick fix massage she located the weak points and explained simply and clearly how to ensure this is not a problem in future.
