I have found Jeremy Tear to be the most effective physio I have been to. He is focussed and has been very helpful in my injury recovery. I would recommend him highly.
I visited this centre around two months ago for physiotherapy treatment on a knee tendon injury with Jeremy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Jeremy demonstrated great expertise throughout the sessions. The results were excellent. I highly recommend this centre to anyone seeking quality care.

I'm being looked after by a physio and podiatrist. The physio was recommended and I approached term about one issue, in the interim I suffered an injury to another area. The physio instantly took charge of the injury and co-opted the podiatrist to assist. Both inspire confidence that I'm in the best hands with their attention to detail and concern.
I have visited Health and Sports Central several times over the past year and always have found the service from reception to care to be excellent. Recently I had an appointment for general care, but I also had several questions about a couple of procedures that I was asked to have. The answers that I received were very helpful and put in a way that I could fully understand. I am grateful for the straightforward answers as well as the positive and negatives of the suggested procedures.
