From first contact on the phone, to arriving, seeing the triage nurse and the vet, so friendly warm and welcoming. Excellent service and provided treatment and a follow up plan. Felt comfortable and fully at ease in dealing with our cats injury.
Absolutely great service. Everyone that I spoke to and everyone that saw my dog were so helpful. My dog got put under to have his dew claw removed. He was looked after so well. They even put a cute wee bandage on his foot ❤️
The vets were amazing the whole time my dog was in their care. They kept me updated regularly with calls, texts, and photos, even at night. They were extremely helpful and affordable, and I’ll forever be grateful for the care my dog received.
RVC was awesome! The facility is amazing and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I got answers I needed to treat my horse and the medication needed to do so. The accommodations for my horse were clean and safe and he was treated kindly. I only wish they were closer to where I live but well worth the 4.5hr drive. Hope not to have reason to go back but definitely would if needed. I’ve added the only photo I took, from the window of my horse truck(it was very cold!) of Punk in a yard at sunset.
always friendly and so compassionate, all of my pets have been cared for by Rangiora Vet center. bloody amazing. huge thanks to their care and compassion when I had to have my lovely cat euthanized, sent me a condolence card which I really appreciated. my pets are part of my family so wonderful to have access to vets that care so much about my family!!
Rangiora vets who come to see my horses are the best ever. Matt, Andrew and Sam have all been so good, they're always nice and nothing's a problem. They have helped my horses endlessly. They always come at short notice and I cannot fault them. I would recommend them 100% thank you so much.
Attended twice recently, once st the weekend and once after hours. We are not normally an RVC client, however this did not affect the service. Very friendly, reassuring and just pleasant to deal with.
Love RVC, they take amazing care of their customers and the animals. They treat you like Family and make you feel like they truly care ❤️ and they came sure that your pet has as much fun as possible while there and try their 10000% best to keep them relaxed and comfortable ❤️❤️
