“Great experience, I went in to just grab some raw meat for my pup after googling " raw pet food in Christchurch"...the friendly staff member questioned me on what I want for my pup, she was full of great knowledge on animal nutrition and done a quick free assessment, using my dogs weight, size, breed etc, she gave me recommendations on best food and importantly how much she should be feed daily. Great variety of good quality, healthy food for your pet. It looks like this is my new regular dog food supplier. I definitely recommend people at least check out the variety of pet food if your in the area.”

My daughter was treated amazing and we had the most sweetest worker who come and did drawing with my daughter while we waiting for the results. “I unfortunately had to come to this Hospital as a family member ended up in the spine unit, being flown down from Wellington, as we don’t have a that kind of care system here, so back in August 2025, My Dad and I hope on a plane and headed down, I was blown away how great this hospital was and all the nurses and doctors look after my cousin so well, also the set up down there you have for the family members that have people staying in that unit, is so amazing awesome, the apartments are awesome, if I ever win big on lotto, I’m definitely donating to Burwood Hospital.. thank you”

“The Best Doctor – Dr. Jane I visited the center today around 3 PM and saw Dr. Jane. She was the best doctor I’ve ever met in this country. I don’t usually visit doctors, but this experience was amazing. Other doctors I consulted for my injury simply prescribed paracetamol but Dr. Jane took the time to understand my condition. She prescribed a different medication and recommended tests to help with my recovery. Her approach was thoughtful and thorough. The wait time was short, and the receptionist was very helpful.
