   ZERO STARS!!! Do not go to Denture Plus! I’m posting on behalf of my sister, who recently visited Denture Plus for what was supposed to be a straightforward denture repair. The initial issue was a super fine, small break in the centre of her two front teeth, which was promptly repaired and looked aesthetically pleasing ~ at first and you couldn't even tell a repair was carried out. However, the denture broke again along the same line on her very first bite of food shortly after. She returned to the clinic and was informed that a wire would be added to reinforce the still "simple" repair. She agreed to this solution, trusting their expertise. Unfortunately, the outcome was devastating! The revised denture now features a noticeable 1.5mm gap between her front teeth, unsightly resins splatters/patches around 5 front teeth, and one of the front teeth appears visibly distorted despite it looking exactly like the other front tooth BEFORE the repair. It’s unclear why any of the teeth were altered, given that the original break was small, clean and centrally located. To make matters worse, the repair included not one, but three wires, which have drastically affected the appearance and comfort of the denture. This workmanship is beyond careless and lacks any professional integrity. The resin used in the repair now covers five front teeth (maybe in an attempt to reinforce them????) and looks noticeably hideous when she talks or smiles. This also includes a large, careless dropped, uncomfortable resin blob on a back molar ~ which makes her feel like she is biting down on a pebble. Throughout the process, my sister repeatedly emphasized that she did not want a gap between her front teeth. She was reassured multiple times that this would not happen. When she raised concerns about the visible gap after the repair, the receptionist dismissed her as being “picky” and attributed the issue to the age of the denture ~ despite it being only five years old. She then requested to speak with the technician, who stated that while the wires could be removed, the gap would remain. At no point during the repair process was she consulted about any changes to the plan or informed that the outcome would differ from the original promise of a simple, gap-free fix. Furthermore the owner of the clinic Ryan refused to return her phone calls when my sister tried to escalate the situation after speaking to the technician. My sister is now left with a visibly deformed front tooth and a gap that has completely altered her smile. The emotional toll has been severe ~ she’s devastated and has been in tears ever since. This experience has been deeply upsetting and unacceptable. Based on what my sister endured, I strongly advise others to avoid Denture Plus.

   Sharon is awesome. Made my new dentures before I had all my teeth out and they look very natural. Very uncomfortable at first but she fitted me in for an extra appointment and with a quick adjustment they're much better. She answered all my silly questions, got me to send her old photos of how my smile was so she knew how my teeth should look. Very professional and good at what she does. Would recommend.

   Within the first day of returning home to NZ and being locked Managed Isolation my partners dentures broke. Added stress was we had timed our return so that we left MIQ and were going straight onto his daughters graduation, so having teeth his front teeth was a priority. We googled near by Denture repair places to our MIQ hotel and the team at Dentures Plus took all our stress away. Paulette was understanding and explained if we could get the Dentures to her out of our MIQ room they would take care of the rest. After many rounds of disinfectant and through multiple hands, the dentures were delivered back to my partner without us ever having to leave the room and they fit perfectly again. Thanks for your great service and understanding of our strange request.

   If I didnt write this review no one would know I had 4 false teeth!!!! These guys were referred to me via my dentist Open Wide on Papanui Road. I cannot recommend them highly enough..they took every care to make sure they fitted me perfectly and kindly made me a mouth guard too so that my original teeth are protected when I m out in the waves and dont get smashed by another surf board. Thanks so much Ryan. Wonderful team you have and I have no hesitation to recommend you to any of my friends.
