I had a ADHD assessment with Jack , he was very quick to get back to me and his communication was very clear. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the assessment and clearly is well skilled in not only different types of adhd but also women’s adhd . Jack was very warm and welcoming during the whole ADHD assessment experience. I self referred and Jack and I had an initial phone call to ensure that and ADHD assessment was something that would benefit me and allowed me to ask any questions and gave Jack the opportunity to walk me through the next steps. The ADHD assessment process itself was very straight forward, with Jack was very professional running through his processes to ensure we covered off all the information that was required to produce the formal report. Jack was a pleasure to talk to and I felt very comfortable during the whole assessment, which I was a bit nervous about initially. Jack was very prompt and efficient at his communication throughput the process, and kept me well informed of the process and what to expect or do for the next steps. Jack turned around the draft and final reports very quickly, and the report as a whole was very professional, and it was good for me to have recommendation from him around books, podcasts and further resources I can use to get more understand of ADHD as I start my journey to understand my ADHD. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone for ADHD assessments, and I would happily reach out to him in the future if I need any of the other services he offers.
