I came and got my free pillow and I found it very good not only do I use it for my neck but I have a bad shoulder and I'll put it under my arm at night when I sleep on my side it stops my shoulder from rolling forward causing pain in the morning very nice helpful guy too.
The 1st evening I picked this up & slept using it as explained by Dr Jamie was the best sleep I had, had in a long time. I woke up the next morning & sprung out of bed early, something I do not normally do. After about day 3 or 4 I used my normal pillow & woke up with aching neck & shoulders.

Love the pillow.. Used it each night while I read my book for 10 - 15 minutes before lights out to stretch out realign the body.. I get such a great night's sleep. I missed one night of doing this an ended up with a disruptive sleep
