The service received when I had my mini poodle neutered was superb from start to finish! Receiving updates by text and a post-op photo really helped to alleviate my anxiety; the aftercare was top-notch as well. My little dog wasn’t stressed at all returning to the clinic for checkups, in fact he went for cuddles with all the staff!
This is a lovely clinic. Reception is super lovely and caring towards my questions and inquiries and the nurses are very compassionate. The young blonde nurse is lovely and always greets my boy with affection when we come into the clinic. Seems like a very well run clinic and I have never had a problem at Ferrymead.
There care our beloved cat received was outstanding. The vet was amazing our cat was really scared and so was I. She explained everything really clearly and was so compassionate and caring that our cat calmed down and I think fell a little in love, she was purring instead of hissing. We possibly have a long road to get our wee girl back to good health but I have every faith in our vet Thank you

VetEnt Ferrymead has been our vet for many years. Our cats and bunny have received excellent care and we always feel very welcomed and listened to. Even in sad situations we have received lovely emotional and warm support. VetEnt Ferrymead has a wonderful and knowledgable team. I highly recommend this clinic.
It's a nice space with parking right outside. Generally not much waiting, on the rare occasion there has been an unexpected issue with a prior client. We have been clients for a long time.
