   We have spent aprox 18 months with Henry and Anna. What a process! So thankful to have had this team with us, everything was clearly explained the whole time. All my questions answered. Couldn’t be happier with the results! So incredibly happy and thankful.. we will miss catching up with the lovely Tuesday receptionist- she is gold! Added a before and after pic!

   So last year when I went to the dentist i had henry and he was great and I thought that I was gonna get him again, but no I got this lady. I’m unsure of her name but she’s asian and she did a terrible job. First the injections were painful and usually i’m fine with them, second she did the drill thing (not sure of proper name) to my teeth for SO long. Not only that it’s super uncomfortable as it is, but it was painful she went to deep and it hurt my nerve when my mouth was super numb, and I still felt it. Lastly she overfilled my tooth so much, when I bite down i can feel where she did it and it’s super uneven and uncomfortable. She literally asked if it was even and I said no, then she just told me that it was and not to worry. Like don’t ask me if that’s just gonna be your answer. Super frustrating as I hate the dentist as it is but usually am fine with it. She’s just made my fear worse. She didn’t explain what she was doing, or check up on me, nor did she encourage me. I would definitely recommend Henry but not this woman. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but yeah just my experience.

   Our family has a patchy dental history - drifting from provider to provider and usually only, reluctantly, in response to trouble (=pain). Since finding Henry, we have had regular annual dental visits, dealing with small issues before they become big & expensive issues. Henry is fantastic: quick & fuss free, yet gentle, and taking time for anxieties & explanations - superb.

   I came here to get a filling done rather urgently after having it crack open. No worries, I was snuck in the next day. My partner went here for a Root Canal and was so impressed that I came back for my work. Cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and the gentle and caring approach that they have towards patients and their work. The whole team from reception, to dentist to dental assistant are beyond fantastic! I would personally highly recommend them! They accept AfterPay and Q Card that I noticed at reception.

   Great patient experience, clean and modern clinic. I was a few years overdue for a check-in but the dentist I saw (Henry) was very caring, highly skilled (had a tricky filling), explained his procedures for me to easily understand and had exceptional attention for detail; somewhat of a perfectionist. Very pleased and will now be using Highsted as my regular clinic going forward. Thank you!

   Friendly and professional! I usually get nervous at the dentist but Henry made me feel comfortable the whole time. The clinic is modern and clean and the other staff are all super helpful. Will definitely be returning next year for my check up
