   I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Fairgray, Arnie the Nurse, Joel, the Assistant Practice Manager, and the supporting staff. My recent Warrent of Fitness Health Check not only complemented the care provided by my GP, Dr. Gort Stephan at Burwood Health, but also reinforced his recommendations for additional actions initially denied by the CDHB. The team went above and beyond to re-establish my connection with CPAP support and ensured I received the medical care I was entitled to. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism shown by everyone involved.

   The best health care experience I ever had. I am from abroad and needed a referral for a specialist. The whole team and Dr. Rob are so kind, that was really amazing. Also the treatment of Rob is very thoughtful, detailed and professional. He really takes time and provides you with everything you need to ensure that you are fine. Thank you for everything!    Dr Ball, at first seemed like a robot, very procedural in his investigative methods. I was worried he was a robot, however it made sense for him to get to know me, and my past, and I can see how important it is for him to look after me as a whole, and not just a simple sore toe. He is a thorough and caring human Doctor, with great procedures that I can trust, and feel secure in the knowledge he is always looking after ME. Dr Ball first goes over recent notes to make sure they have been dealt to, and not left to fall off the radar. Then looks at your latest issues, being a good listener, and explains anything you might not understand. And the other staff, nurses are ever so helpful and caring. Been seeing MeNZ Medical for over 2 years. If you are "special" and want a long term full health care experience then this clinic is the one for you.

   Dr Ball spoke over me and appeared to be in a rush to get me out the door when I saw him on two separate occasions in 2021. He misdiagnosed an issue, and on another matter referred me to a podiatrist who turned out to be his wife, who was very inexperienced and was in the process of setting up her business. He did not disclose this conflict of interest and I only realised their connection after a number of appointments. The referral itself seemed like overkill for treatment of verucas, and I have since had them treated more effectively and more economically by a different GP at a different practice, without the need for a podiatrist. The nurses and support/admin staff were competent and friendly, however in all other aspects I would not recommend MenzMedical based on my experience. I left both appointments feeling like Dr Ball hadn't listened to me, and his podiatry referral came across as more in his best interests than in my own. I've also noticed that the only other negative review, which is relatable to my experience, has a comment from MenzMedical asking the user to remove it.

   Highly recommend! Full on WOF which is such a good way to get a great checkup. Get a few mates and a minivan, have a few beers and a good laugh. 3rd year for our group now, and getting more and more value from it.

   Wonderful practice. I have been seeing Dr. Ball for the past 3 years and he is a wonderful physician who is a great listener and truly makes you feel supported. He is exceptionally thorough as well, which is such a huge asset. The entire team at his office is also top-notch!

   I just wanted to say how fantastic everyone is at MenzMedical is! I had a vasectomy appointment cancelled last minute by another practice and when I called Menz and explained the situation they went out of their way to get me booked in on short notice as I had time booked off of work for the recovery. They were super helpful and even stayed late to get my procedure done! I couldn’t recommend their team enough. Their all about top notch service and they provided it! Thanks guys.
