   I recently transferred to wonderful CACI clinic Ferrymead, and I am beyond thrilled and impressed! From the very start, Monique made the whole process so seamless and welcoming. Her warmth, dedication, and knowledge shone through in every interaction. She kindly reached out via email and even arranged for me to come in one evening to officially transfer such a thoughtful touch to make sure I was happy. When I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely Rachel, who made me feel instantly at home while walking me through their skincare offerings and giving amazing advice. Shortly after, Monique came out and welcomed me with the same genuine warmth. We chatted about my goals and memberships, and she took so much time making everything stress-free, ensuring I was set up with future appointments with the amazing Sagrika and Beth, who I had been seeing at Sydenham. I have transferred and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this incredible team. Their care, professionalism, and kindness make you feel valued and supported every step of the way. I’m so excited to continue my skin health journey at CACI Ferrymead. Thank you all for making this such a beautiful experience. I feel truly welcomed and cared for! You all are truly beautiful people!
