   If you have acne I wouldn't recommend coming here. It took me a long time to write this review because it's been such a horrible journey for me. I have acne still and I had acne before I came, so Caci are obviously not the route cause of the issue. My treatment with Caci resulted in the worst break out of my life. They have me two chemical peels - and the second even though I was still badly "purging" after the first. They also recommended a cleanser with actives in it that I was supposed to use twice a day. These things totally disrupted my skin barrier. When I was struggling with these things and in contact with them, they insisted it was normal. All of these things made my acne the worst it has ever been and has given my scars I will never be able to heal. Obviously, no one ever meant to do any harm, I just think they aren't educated enough to deal with acne.

   The team are so friendly and helpful. They listen to you , they understand how you feel about your face., your skin. They explain what they are doing what results you will achieve. I'm noticing a huge difference to my I'm loving it .I'm feeling each time I go I seeing more results. I'm loving every minute of treatments , thank you being there for us.

   The team are always so bubbly and welcoming. Had a great facial with Brooke today, she gives the best facial massage and just makes you feel so pampered. Highly recommend the skin membership! My skin has gotten so much better in 6 months and they do really tailor your experience. Thanks guys :)

   Brooke is just brilliant - I wish I could tick "all of the above" on your first question. She knows I am travelling long haul this week so made sure my skin is nice an hydrated in preparation for the flight. She takes the time to listen to my skin concerns and always explains the treatment and its benefits. I also loved the head massage while my lashes were being tinted - a nice relaxing extra. Thank you
