“Wonderful place to bring family and friends! We had an (arctic) blast last time we went, had a lot to do and see with all the activities and shows althroughout. Please note though that rides do have a height requirement which they are a bit strict with for safety reasons. The rest are pretty accessible to the young and young at heart. A bit pricey but you doget a lot of enjoyment and knowledge out of it.”

The party room was set up before I arrived, I was also able to arrive before the party to set up our theme decorations. The staff are super friendly and great with the kids. And all the kids loooooved running around and jump in the play area. I recommend to all who are keen. Amazing place will be coming back for more fun again.”

“I saw the F1 movie in the DBox motion seats and I was emotionally overwhelmed. Whoever programmed the seat movements really put their all into it. It just be movie dependent but that was the single most immersive movie experience I've had in a long time. The movie itself was fine.”

Love the team at Wigram Chipmunks they make amazing coffees! the best I've had a long time. We went there for a birthday party and they are an absolute dream to work with, a business that caters to families.”

The room was clean and comfortable, with a slightly unusual layout (external sink) but a fantastic view and a very comfortable bed. Casting was also built into the TV and seamless. Both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent—great food and attentive service. The staff’s hospitality stood out throughout the stay, making it feel warm and personal. The location is ideal, right in Cathedral Square and close to the bus interchange, making it easy to explore the city. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! “I was looking for a bra and decided to inquire about a bra fitting and I'm so glad I did. Despite my initial nervousness, the experience proved pleasant. A sales member began by asking my preference then checking bra fits, later consulting a colleague for another opinion. This resulted in a smooth process, and pinpointing the perfect bra. Both assistants ensured my comfort throughout. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but thank you so very much.”
