   Unfortunately it hasn't been well maintained. Alot of the mats are either stretched or have been repaired or need to be repaired. Only 1 speaker in the whole building going. Pretty gutted with the price that was paid to pretty spent half the time there as our miss 5 was disappointed there was no spring in the mats etc and the vibe was just off.

   We had my sons birthday here today and were thoroughly impressed with the room we were given, lots of space, super clean and bright and inviting, I wish I took photos to share . The service from the staff was impeccable, we arrived to the room set up with table cloths, cups, the kids wrist bands, a bucket of grippy socks, and once we arrived jugs of water were brought through and the staff were extremely attentive throughout our time. Thank you so so much for having us, 5 stars is not enough to describe how good of a service we got today!

   I would give more stars if possible. We just had our sons birthday party there today and it was a blast. The party room was set up before I arrived, I was also able to arrive before the party to set up our theme decorations. The staff are super friendly and great with the kids. And all the kids loooooved running around and jump in the play area. I recommend to all who are keen. Amazing place will be coming back for more fun again.

   Recently had a kids birthday party here. A nice low key Sunday morning. Good space for everyone, good duration. Convenient option to BYO food. Nice café on site with a great view. The ninja course is an added bonus. The kids really love the foam pit.

   I'd rate this place six stars if I could! It's truly the best place to spend the day. The staff super friendly, the products are reasonable priced, and the sandwiches are 50% off when the cafe is closing. I highly recommend this place if you have energetic children they will exhausted by the time they get home.

   We had booked for daughters birthday party. Everyone enjoyed. The only problem was the party package said bottled water for kids but we did not receive any. As we asked reception for it they just bought a jug of water after 15 minutes. Just seemed like a basic necessity missed out.

   This place is amazing for all ages. There are areas specifically set up to suit different ages and the new ninja courses has two levels to cater for younger children through to older children. The cafe provides a great range of foods but my child's fav is the frozen slushy drinks available at the counter. The staff are interactive and offer some advise and displays to inspire those who want to extend their skills.

   It's massive! I only gave three stars as the place is leaking everywhere all over the equipment, which isn't mentioned and very dangerous. Also none of the rules are followed and I think it'd be more helpful to enforce the rules before people jump so they're all aware of what they should and shouldn't be doing as I think many may not be able to read I got foam to the head when I wasn't in the foam pit I had kids running into me playing tag I tripped over foam everywhere but the foam pit. Cool experience but won't go again due to such big downfalls on safety issues.

   MoveX always went off but with the new Ninja course + Warped wall lemme just say we eatin', no crumbs. Watch for the next Stoltz, Flashlyn or Charlie Robbins grom outta this joint. Also they played some Japanese funk sailorwave stuff when it was quiet I was like "caaaaaaaap" that's a vibe.
