   The owners daughter would work in here and she would bully me and my sister when we came in to spend our pocket money on stationery. She would follow us around and then if we touched anything she would say "hey don't touch what you're not buying!". She was pure nasty to us. Would never ever buy anything from this family or their shop. It's the same family been there for years but I still remember it's been a horrible place for anything.

   I visited Paper Plus, Barrington Mall (10AM, 22 Jun short person with glasses was behind the counter) to send a MacBook Pro through NZ Post. The laptop has a built in lithium battery under 100Wh, which NZ Post does allow for domestic shipping if properly packaged (I had it in the firm box). However, I was told it couldn’t be accepted due to the battery even though it meets NZ Post’s own safety guidelines. To make things worse, I was given the address of a so called Box Lobby where I was told I could post it instead. That address turned out to be invalid, and after driving around for two hours and speaking with another NZ Post branch, I found out there was no such location for that purpose and My Laptop was just alright to sent with no drama. I appreciate safety concerns, but it It was very frustrating to waste so much time to send my parcel. I would recommend to provide training to your staff. About the safety, Correct adreses and how to be more professional behind the counter.

   No notice on web or in Paper Plus email notifying me of 3 books waiting for me of early afternoon closing. Sign on shop says closed at 2pm for stock taking so no books & no NZ Post service. NZ Post at Cashmere closing down so this shop serves wider area. Not satisfactory.

   Horrible experience there today - was a line and I was patiently waiting then the younger women there with short hair in a half ponytail decided to help the person behind me instead - I was fine and then it was my turn to be served and the same woman was told to ouch in front of me again as the young girl had served her on the wrong counter. I told the girl how rude she was to do this and help people behind in the line before those of us waiting longer and she could care less. Super rude service especially as I send packages there every few days

   Good shop, I asked staff member if they had a certain book, they said they did, but I couldn't find it. She looked for it and she couldn't find the book there was no offer to order it in etc. So I asked her to order it in for me.
