Friendly service, easy parking, open Saturdays, great card selection. Great shop to browse amd find a special gift.
The staff are lovely here, consistently friendly and always willing to help customers. Very good supply of goods as well as willingness to order anything requested. I couldn't rate the experience of shopping at take note more highly. It is my favourite book and stationary shop in Christchurch hands down. Particularly because of the outstandingly friendly staff.
Unbelievable I've visited this shop alot and used all it's services this last week I actually received service wit a smile. The usually non communicative staff even acknowledged me unfortunately had to endure a blow by blow of their new grand baby. I can't face that again. I mean READ THE ROOM.
Abysmal service, without going into detail of what happened we will never use this paper plus again. Barry the store owner/manager is obnoxious and rude, no apology, sympathy or empathy regarding the complete mess around we had with our parcel.
Customer Service is of TOP Notch. They have wide range of Books , Cards Stationery and Magazines , added to this the store has NZPost facility.Barry had gone extra mile in giving me customer service and made my day by adding value .
Lost my parcel and when I called to ask about the tracking the lady was incredibly rude and made it out like it was my fault. Don't be in customer service if you can't be polite. Won't be returning.
Sassy saleswoman, not service with a smile, made me feel like I wasn’t worth serving since I wanted to paywave a postage bag. Some of the staff are nice but I get anxiety every time I go in not knowing how I will be greeted.
Love this shop. Staff so friendly and helpful. Can't fine what you are looking for just ask.Cards,gifts, office essentials and lots more. Also have a Post Shop in store.
Very rude service from middle aged blonder woman at the postal area of shop, who has worked here for years, not the new postal woman. . She was hostile, rude and belligerent about a request regarding a lost parcel. I was trying to ascertain why I couldnt check the tracking. Wont be going back there under any circumstances, for any reason. If you offer the services, you give the service.
