I’ve taken my children to Chipmunks many times, and they always have a wonderful experience. The staff are professional, friendly, and caring, which makes every visit enjoyable. The play areas are always clean, safe, and well maintained. It’s a great place for kids to have fun and for parents to feel at ease. Highly recommend!
Beautiful place, larger than most. Its nice to have a dedicated playground for babies, toddlers and small children. Love the team at Wigram Chipmunks they make amazing coffees! the best I've had a long time. We went there for a birthday party and they are an absolute dream to work with, a business that caters to families.
Great place to let the kids burn some energy. Adults free entry.
We went there for a birthday party. Car park is not marked with lines. People had parked wherever they wanted in a line but using lots of spaces that made the car park full with some unused spaces. Very good customer service. I’m not sure about how they clean the playing space. But this need to be done regularly. Toilets weren’t seen to be cleaned regularly. I didn’t see a recycling bin to throw the recycling items away. This is sad. This is a good place for children to play and people to chat but need more standards.
Really disappointed with how filthy, dusty and tatty all the play equipment and sitting areas are especially upstairs the equipment has ripped stitching, patched and faded covers even the stuffing/padding In quite a few of the stairs and play equipment is in desperate need of replacement. Papanui is much nicer will not be coming back here look at amount of the dust on the up stairs balustrade....... yuck
We usually go to Wigram as it’s closer to us. The ball pits are great fun, and the venue caters to different age groups, so great for groups or siblings at different ages and stages. The infant section is a little small, but it’s gated and safe for the littlest ones. My daughter had a fall at this venue, and the management have been exceptional. They have assured us they would add signage and extra safety measures to prevent future accidents. Overall a great place to come if you want to burn off some energy and escape the weather.
Well, what can I say. I'm a little disappointed. Because there is no place and toys for very small ones. Only one inflatable slides and climbing walls. I'm sorry, but neither I nor my son had fun here. It is also very expensive for a child of 1.4 months. I will not return here.
The small kid area is quite small and crowded with all the rides in it and a huge water bed. While the big kid area is decent size must gives big kid priorities, very strict rules in a number of areas. May be a good place for older kids but we find it quite limited for the younger children. Car park signage is not very clear, would be helpful to put a sign up to indicate where is the car park for chipmunks. Generally clean and tidy. But we saw some parents walking in small kids area with their shoes on.
