My daughter was treated amazing and we had the most sweetest worker who come and did drawing with my daughter while we waiting for the results. “I unfortunately had to come to this Hospital as a family member ended up in the spine unit, being flown down from Wellington, as we don’t have a that kind of care system here, so back in August 2025, My Dad and I hope on a plane and headed down, I was blown away how great this hospital was and all the nurses and doctors look after my cousin so well, also the set up down there you have for the family members that have people staying in that unit, is so amazing awesome, the apartments are awesome, if I ever win big on lotto, I’m definitely donating to Burwood Hospital.. thank you”

“We absolutely love Casebrook Surgery! The doctors here are so knowledgeable and geniuely listen to patient concerns. In the past year I have had two major health challenges that I have had for many years quickly addressed and resolved through their thorough care and investigations. The nurses are vivacious, kind and attentive - a great for good chat while being treated too! We love the receptionists who are always quick to find us an appointment (even on the same day) and they always keep us updated about doctors timings if the doctor is delayed due to an emergency. They know my daughter by name and make her smile every time we visit. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

“We recently had our Yellow Fever and other travel vaccinations done by Dr Annie Chen- Green. We found her service was extremely good and very helpful. She took time to explain everything, and made sure we were comfortable with the process. She even suggested that we split the vaccinations into 2 visits to reduce any potential side effects. This option was not offered to our travelling companions, who ended up with nasty side effects, whereas we had none. Highly recommended.”

“I highly recommend NP Mark Santry. Mark is very professional and experienced and performs his duties equal to or more expertly than any previous GP I have attended. I was initially sceptical of the role of a Nurse Practitioner but not any more. If referred to a NP, you can have confidence in their ability and expertise. The reception staff are always helpful and courteous and I was impressed with the first appointment with the Practice Nurse who introduced me to the practice.”

“I'm a relatively new patient here and so far every experience has been a breath of fresh air. My doctor is so unbelievably kind and empathetic, the receptionists are straight to the point which I appreciate and the facility is clean and tidy with excellent parking. I have had so many horrid doctors in the past who have brushed off serious concerns and left me at a point where I don't even bother going to see a doc when I'm sick because what's the point, they don't help. Now I feel listened to and validated in my concerns. This probably won't be seen by my doctor, but she has saved my mental well being and actual gives a damn about my physical well being too. I'd give ten stars if I could.”

“I’ve tried out a few doctors around Christchurch and have found The Christchurch Doctors the easiest to deal with. Dr Diarmuid White is fantastic and I would/have recommend him to friends. I especially appreciate this clinics opening hours, as a teacher I find it hard to find appointments that work around my schedule and work hours, this has not been an issue since moving to this clinic. It is $65 for a visit, which feels expensive but, in saying that, I’ve never left unhappy!”

“Recently our family went through the Influenza B virus doing its rounds. Having initially spent some time at the emergency, it was still unclear what the initial diagnosis was, until we saw our GP at the Fendalton Medical Centre. Not only did he take his time, ensuring we got the care we needed, he didn't stop investigating the symptoms till he found the root cause. Lastly, the final diagnosis was personally phoned through by our GP at 21H00 on a Friday night!!! Now that's medical care. Thank you Doc for looking out for my best medical interests and being dedicated to medical care.”
