   I got my glasses from Specsavers for the first time, and the whole experience was honestly amazing. The staff were super kind and really took the time to understand my situation before recommending different options for me to choose from. They also listened carefully to what I needed. The eye test before choosing the lenses was really thorough too — I learned a lot about my eyesight and overall eye health, and everything felt very professional. When I put on my new glasses, the lenses were incredibly clear and the quality was perfect. Plus, the after-sales service they offer is great as well. I’m definitely coming back to Specsavers next time I need glasses!

   Very good experience at Specsavers Riccarton - the team there are very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. It was very busy when I went in for an eye test, however the wait time wasn't too long and I really felt like the staff that helped me took their time to get everything right. I'm very happy with the recommendations they gave me for glasses and frames.

   Very poor service. Staff so unexperienced. Takes for ever to get your glasses (more than 4 weeks) and they don't even tell you that. Money you pay doesn't justify what you get (I paid more than $600). They did not even adjust my glasses properly, that means I have to go back and waste my time again. Just thinking if its better to put it into the rubbish bin and get new glasses somewhere else. So very disappointed. Don't recommend at all.

   Specsavers have it down pat. Always efficient and good value. It’s great to get the eye check free every 2 yrs as an AA member. This time I got a hearing check as well. Nice to hear about the contributions made to the Fred Hollows Foundation.

   Very impressive equipment and staff organization. However, in spite of ringing twice within a week after this visit, for confirmation of the results of a visual field test and a document question, I have not been able to talk to anyone about either of these matters. After my first call the technician was to ring me back. It is now nearly 2 working days since this call and no reply. At the second call the answer system took my phone number and gave me to understand that I could expect to receive a call back in about 7 minutes. It is now 90 minutes since that call and I have not yet received the promised call back.

   Extraordinary service all the way ! Don’t get discouraged by long queues at the entrance, especially on the weekend. Make sure to book your appointment online and then it goes fast. We were greeted at the reception desk and directed to to check area, where after quick wait for the pre-check and then proper examination by optometrist. Winnie was really amazing , very professional and super helpful. Then we got amazing help with choosing our frames. Overall 5 star experience and customer service. One more - don’t waste time to read some troll reviews by people who are unhappy with themselves, just be nice and treat others the same way you want to be treated! Thank you team !
