Best medical center in whole New Zealand.Very politely and friendly staff. Dr Gwenth Graham best doctor in my entire life I ever met her. I enrolled here as I heard good things about this clinic. However, my first day here I came in and paid $80 for the appointment. However, a couple days later I received a bill for another $20 because the doctor failed to complete the referral on the same day. While discussing the problems I had with the doctor, she suddenly told me she had no more time for me and to book in another appointment if I had more problems which would mean another $80 consultation fee. In my honest opinion this doctor was very rude and unprofessional and they are ripping people off. Very disappointed and I do not recommend.
The staff are always friendly and caring. The nurses and doctors are excellent.
All staff are exceptional, and will go out of their way to help you as much as they can x
