   Dr Connor is exceptionally acute on her diagnosis and then remedy. The bi lateral cataract lens replacement was absolutely painless and quick. Now, no more glasses or contacts, I am now able to see so good that it’s better than 4K. At all distances. Oakley prizm polarized is my pick of all sunglass lenses to wear after surgery. Outstanding. Full clear vision gave me back my balance, confidence and everything is Beautiful. Words do not describe what my eyes can see now. Life changing.

   Ella is so helpful and always lovely , Bridget is fabulous and always great, Jima is amazing at scanning my eye , i always ask for her or Wonderful Hayley as they are quick to find my eye problem, which is in a very difficult place! Jima is very professional, kind and caring and amazing at her job. Sean is a Fantastic Specialist who is very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Southern Eye Specialists.

   I recently attended a scheduled appointment at Southern Eye Specialists. It was busy, however, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The pre appointment info was detailed, useful and straightforward. All went well with the lovely specialist Dr Rebecca Stack and the whole experience was great. I even enjoyed the knitting available in the comfortable waiting area. Thank you

   6 weeks after my exam, numerous phone calls and an email later I still haven't had the clinical notes sent to my optometrist. Absolutely appalling. Staff's lovely, but that doesn't help me as I can't go back to my optometrist until they receive the notes. OPSM takes no responsibility to sort out my prescription which they got wrong as the 30 day warranty is expired.

   I’m giving these guys a one star and I haven’t even visited them yet…The reason? Well, I was a patient of Ian Dallison (who was amazing by the way) but sadly he is no longer practicing. So, chasing up my file with his former clinic manager I was advised it had been sent on to this clinic. I have an eye injury which flares up and causes me a lot of grief so I called and left a message for this clinic asking them to contact me so I could make an appointment. Absolutely NO RESPONSE! And that was almost two weeks ago. I won’t bother becoming a patient of this clinic if this is an example of their service :-(

   I would think that if one is paying for a private clinic, that the service should be on time and different to waiting at A&E. We arrived on time and waited for 1 and a half hours for the Doctor. We had a baby with us and a patient who came after us was seen first. The staff were nice but appointment times should be kept. Don't go if you have a schedule to keep.
