   This has been one of the most sought after practices for years but with the change of ownership I highly recommend you second guess seeking support from Kendal. The new GP has made many long time patrons feel questioned, upset, unwelcome and outright denied support or reconciliation when asked to acknowledge his behaviour. It is a shame as every other person there is a delight to interact with.

   I've been a member of Kendal Medical Centre for over 15 years and have always raved about Sharon and Peter but I've since moved on as the practice is being taken over by a new doctor with the most atrocious bedside manner of any gp I've ever met. Sadly this is a sentiment I've heard from others in my circle too. I recommend looking elsewhere unless you too wish to leave in tears or second guess taking your child to the doctor because he's the only one available.

   Dr Mark Longman has been my doctor for 5+ years, I followed him from his old practice to Kendal Ave and it was the best decision. He knows what he’s talking about and can always give you the best information and advice for all your needs. The practice is lovely, all the doctors, nurses and receptionists are always so welcoming and kind - they even know you by name. Appointments are easy and always available, rarely having to wait 10+ minutes to see someone. Totally reccomend anyone to come to Kendal Ave Medical.

   The most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. Dr Sim, Julie the receptionist and the paediatric nurse (I’m sorry I forgot your name), you all made our visit so comforting given we were visiting from Sydney with a poorly 2 year old. Thank you

   This medical centre is run by a married couple Peter & Sharon. They provide a unique personalised service that I have not seen elsewhere. They are the only one in Christchurch with a 5 star rating :)

   Hi. The doctors, nurses and receptionist is awesome. They all have a smile on their faces and doctor Peter is awesome as he knows alot and I have been going their for quite sometime. He is very focused and listens to the issues and try to passify and give the best solution. I love going to them as its one of the best places to visit. I have gone to other places but everyone only thinks about money and their time and don't even have to listen to what we have to say and they conclude. I would recommend Kendal medical center and have given 5 stars overall as everyone out their is awesome.
