   I unfortunately had to come to this Hospital as a family member ended up in the spine unit, being flown down from Wellington, as we don’t have a that kind of care system here, so back in August 2025, My Dad and I hope on a plane and headed down, I was blown away how great this hospital was and all the nurses and doctors look after my cousin so well, also the set up down there you have for the family members that have people staying in that unit, is so amazing awesome, the apartments are awesome, if I ever win big on lotto, I’m definitely donating to Burwood Hospital.. thank you

   Just wanting to say a huge thankyou to Haley at Burwood Hospital physio. I went to Haley regarding my MS last year and she was absolutely amazing! Her patience, exercises and positiveness changed my life. I went to her for 6 months and she helped me so much with balance. She gave me exercises to do at home and I can still use them on my own, months later (with the help of her awesome drawings). Thankyou doesn't seem enough.. You make a huge difference Haley and I will be forever grateful. -Di Hugo

   I was at Burwood Hospital for 2 weeks in the Rehab Ward going to Physio and working on my injured left ankle. Thanks to the fine work of everyone involved I was able to regain my independence with what I had learned. Everyone who worked there and it didn't matter who it was encouraged me with their attitude,good work ethic and duty of care.They were able to get the best out of me despite the fact the Health Sector is having various problems of it's own to deal with. Although my opinion may differ greatly from others I'm sticking to my opinion that these people who despite working under pressure at times showed me how to get the job done with a smile and I will be forever grateful to them all for the effort they all put in helping me on the road to recovery

   Fantastic modern building, well laid out with a large cafe on the bottom floor, food is great, good selection. Coffee is also good. Excellent accessibility with a large number of disabled parks close to the entrance. Parks are well sized with plenty of room for disability equipment to be loaded in and out. Follow the signage and the carpark layout is easy enough.

   Went to a an evening here for a research program feedback. The facilities are awesome modern, comfortable and up to date with technology. Good car parking and easy to find where you need to be as reception is most helpful.
