“Great service comes at the right price. Recently, my car needed a new cylinder gasket. After discussing with the receptionist, they started ordering the parts for me. The entire process was quick and easy. They also provided advice and told me to wait a few more days so I could save more. I wasn’t in a hurry to use my car, so two days later, they called me and told me they had found a more reasonably priced part. As a result, I saved about $300. The subsequent repair was professional and efficient. Once the parts arrived, my car was back on the road the next day. Thank you for restoring my car’s health! I’ll definitely come back again”

“The process with Snap was really easy actually and they were far and away the most affordable option among known companies for our 6 day trip. The vehicle was new (2024 model) and drove very smooth. Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze and they didn’t appear to be so particular and fussy about minor wear and tear of the vehicle (obviously they did tell us large scratches and dents would be charged but thankfully we didn’t get any of those). Overall I was really happy with the customer service of their representatives and the quality of vehicle we drove at the best price we found.”

“Contacted Novus after receiving no contact from Smith and Smith. After filing out their easy form online, Novus contacted me over the phone to confirm my selected appointment less than 5 minutes later. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but their mobile service was free and they phoned to see if I'd like it done today (Monday) and we're promptly round 15 minutes later and had my windscreen chip fixed both promptly, effectively and professionally. Highly recommend”

“Very Friendly and knowledgable crew, Only does what is need to be done/requested, never upsells. Had an alternator problem and they took in my car in short notice. I was also planning to do my timing belt done this year anyway, so I just trusted them with the repair and they did a fantastic job! Paid a few hundred dollars less than what they originally quoted me. Lady on the phone is very friendly too, will definately be the mechanic I'll be going back to when I need big jobs done. “I imported my car into Christchurch and Fast Track were the company the importers used (Willship International). Andrew was very nice and helpful and quick to respond regarding two minor compliance issues and with advising where the nearest VTNZ was to purchase registration when I came to collect. Upon closer inspection at home I noticed two small clips were missing from the boot, nothing major but a little annoying as they were fairly visible and stood out. Andrew kindly told me to come back and one of his guys (big friendly Samoan dude) had it sorted in 2mins. Would definitely recommend”
