Don't leave any valuables in the car as they got thieves working in there. My sun glasses were inside its pouch. When picking up thecwr, the pouch was empty. I asked them straight away without luck

Great work, replaced windscreen after Papanui branch re resin a previous repair that then turned into a crack 5 days later. Rolleston branch booked a replacement and all was sorted at no charge. Can’t fault this place
Very disappointed, made a booking for a windscreen replacement 10 days ago. On arrival they did not know about the appointment and then discovered they do have an aftermarket windscreen. We declined this offer and decided to support an alternative supplier. very unfriendly and total lack of professionalism.

Super friendly staff who was experienced and efficient. In the past I've used Novus for my windscreen chips/replacement but I'm converted now by the professionalism, quality and efficiency received by Smith and Smith Rolleston.
Not a good experience. Dropped the car at 8.30am, got a call at 2.30pm to say they couldn't do it as the replacement windscreen has a big scratch on it. Got it re booked for the 13th July to get a phone call later saying that they now can't do it for 4 months, so either wait or find someone else.
I don’t want to give even a star. This Rolleston branch is hopeless. Within this month, turned me down two times. Haven’t done it properly at the first place with power windscreen and booked for another one and cancelled it. Very frustrating. Organising time and wasting my entire morning moving my stuff back and forth, dropping my child to school in the city and I need to be back all the way to Rolleston again. Who gonna pay back my petrol and time. Never ever gonna use this company again.
Very good. I turned up without an appointment with a chip in my windscreen. 35 minutes later, the chip was fixed and the insurance dealt with. Very friendly service.
