   The team did a very good job. I've been here twice. Once for new tires and once for wheel alignment. The second time, they even gave me a jump start in a parking lot because my battery was dead. All I can say is that Advantage Tyres has great service and very fair prices! I'll be back again and again!

   I had a booking here at 9am today (03/06/2023). I arrived at 9am and was told that their service guy is sick, and that I was called yesterday but didn't answer. I did miss call from them yesterday at 4:41pm, and called them back at 5:03pm but they did not answer. So I was simply never notified that it was a waste of time waking up early, driving there to be told that my booking cant go through today. I cannot understand why they did not leave a voice mail, or a text message, or an email, or wait 3 minutes after closing to resolve this. They have both my phone number and email address. I will not be back. Horrible experience.

   Don’t go to this place they’re unprofessional. I had a booking for wheel balancing and alignment due to some problem I wasn’t able to go but I called the shop to reschedule the appointment and they told me to come on Monday. Literally that guy was playing around with me when I reach there he just refused to do the work. I really don’t remember his name. When I reached there he just said not to do the work. Worst thing was suddenly he started saying some racist comments on me. Definitely i was upset but but I literally laughed on their childish behaviour haven’t seen such kind of unprofessional people. Thank you
