   Rental was straight forward via their webpage. Arrival shuttle was easy to arrange and took less than 10mins to arrive. The car pick up was easy , highly recommend to do the pre arrival check in that they have. We did it and process was easy at the pickup. Car given was in good condition. Drop off was also easy, car check took less than 5mins and there was shuttle to send us to the terminal.

   Doesn't come any better if you do a fast online check-in @Go Rentals, arrive, sign, and you are ready to go. The car was started, Seat adjusted back for my height and Air-con turned on. Go Rentals at the Christchurch Airport really know how to leave a fantastic impression. The counter and shuttle ladies are fantastic, we love them. The car was brand new with only 6k on the clock and drove like a dream. 30% discount for the quieter time of the year. Beautifully maintained by the valet. Cant speak more highly about Go Rentals Christchurch. We are repeat customers and will be back again soon

   My best experience with any car rental company ever! The vehicle is in excellet shape, granted that it was a recent model with a decent mileage, it looked and drove like brand new. We went across almost all of South Island and it handled everything perfectly. Shoutout to Chris for the excellent service, flexibility and making sure everything was in order for us. We truly appreciate your support throughout our trip! I'll be sure to find you when I'm back :) Tip to travellers remember to call them to pick you up at the designated point as they are located just outside the airport area. There will be a van to fetch you there :)

   It's really a precious memory for us in New Zealand. We rented a Toyota Highlander Hybrid for our trip in May and drove more than 1400km. We didn't counter any issue, the car was in a very good condition when we picked at the agency. The staff was nice too, helped us to learn a little bit time of traveller regulations in New Zealand. Defenitely we will take GO RENTALS again in our next trip, couldn't recommend more !

   Really happy with Go Rentals. At first I thought that app was unnecessary, but made it an extremely easy check in process and organising the shuttle which came soon after we arrived. The car was waiting for us with the heaters on. The car was as it said it would be and clean and tidy. Great service from the team. Would certainly recommend.
