   Fantastic service from Tayla and Jamie who both went out of their way to help sort my needs (which did keep changing!). A family member from overseas had rented a car from them and when I arrived we realised that it would be easier to have a car than use other means of transport. As they had a really good experience they suggested i look at booking a car through BRC. The team were brilliant - the car was great. It was a great price and a really efficient run around. It was all so easy - I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Tayla and Jamie!

   I had a very good experience with Bargain Rental Cars. An easy process for the actual rental, good pricing, very quick response for being picked up at Christchurch terminal. The staff at the Christchurch airport location were very friendly and explained all that I needed to know. The car itself was an older car but clean. It had lots of little scratches but mechanicy was very good. The back up camera was not great but I use the rear view mirrors anyway, so not a big deal. I did ask for a smaller vehicle than what I got but it didn't turn out to be an issue. I would highly recommend renting from BRC and I will use them again when I return to New Zealand.

   I booked a People Mover for 4 adults. The online experience was easy and as l had a couple of questions the staff responded quickly and explained everything so well. We arrived late and were picked up by 3rd party and taken to our vehicle promptly. I dropped into the office the next morning and was met by Jamie. What an absolute delight she was. Super helpful, and professional. We spent 2 weeks on the road and the Van was awesome. Upon returning it l was me again by Jamie, does she ever go home. Once again she was so good at her job. She then drove me to my accommodation. She's a credit to the company. Overall my experience was 5 star. Will be back and be in touch. I highly recommend BRC. PHIL, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA

   Easy and cost affective ! We were.happy to use an older vehicle that was is great condition, than pay the exuberant prices of the more prominent car hire companies at the airport. A quick shuttle bus to the depot was fast and the staff were friendly and very efficient.

   Thank you BRC and Brooke for making my car rental a smooth and stressfree one! Pick up and return was super fast and easy. Most importantly, BRC are very transparent with their terms and policies so no big surprises, and the $250 bond they hold are the lowest around. The rental car condition was tidy and awesome. All staff there, particularly Brooke were so friendly and helpful. I have always use Avis but not anymore, BRC will now be my favorite car rental company. Highly recommended!

   This rental car is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced in New zealand. They charged me almost $1000 for 5 days, with this condition of car one could probably buy for $500 on trade me. The car had odo meter miles frozen at 299999 km. Moreover, the car would wobble above the speed of 70 on the highway. It was the most unsafe car any rental could provide. BARGAIN RENTAL is probably named because they buy scrap cars and fix them, and provide them for rentals double the price. Car was stinking, it was stained and fifty on seats, the whole car was covered with dings all over, and bumper tied with cable ties. I wonder if it's fit for the warrant of fitness and commercial use. I have used other rentals and they privide current model cars for cheaper than this one.we had to wait almost 40 minutes for pick to get to their rental place. This is the biggest rip off company in New Zealand.
