Don’t get your thick shakes done by the blonde chubby lady. Get it done by the indian guy who actually knows the difference between a thick shake and milkshake. The blonde lady also has a sour attitude like she doesn’t appreciate an hourly wage which reflects in her ability to make a thick shake! Hire someone who actually wants to be there!
A bit disappointed with customer service… called immediately after I sent through and Uber eats order, asked if she could possibly replace it, as I had selected that on the app for them to EASILY do.. I was told that the employees would get in trouble? When I asked why they told me it was because the prices were different, this I know is false because: Personally I have worked with the app, it’s not that hard to change and process and different item through your POS machines. After that all I got was umming and arring. Sounds like either staff aren’t trained correctly or lazy customer service. Disappointing. (I asked instead of wedges, could I get cross cross chips because I don’t like wedges, they taste like soap to me)
Best Cream Freeze Milkshakes In Town, Nicer Than Wendy’s In My Opinion. Dairy/Market Is Big With Mostly All You Need For Takeaway’s. Some Of The Pies Are Huge & Look Yummy & Home Made Pizzas To Cook. Just Absolutely Loved The Layout Of The Supermarket. Everything Is Well Organised & Beautifully Presented As Well. There Is A Massive Corner Ice-Cream Parlour Where Kids/Adults Can Make Their Own Deserts, Ice-Creams & Slushy’s. Very Impressive & Honestly We Have Never Seen A Store Like This Anywhere. Computer Generated Advertising Is impressive As Well. So Much To Eat & Look At & Customer Care Was Great, Very Nice Man Serving. 5 Out Of 5 Stars Overall. Will Certainly Be Back For Lunch Or Just A Delicious Thick Shake. Will Tell All About This Place, Glad They Are Not Close By Because I Would Never Be Able To Work On My Weight-loss. So Very Tempting & Mouth Watering Foods etc… Number 1 Store In ChCh You Can’t Beat It. Glad We Are Able To Find Cream-Freeze Shakes So Very Hard To Find A Good Shake Anywhere YUMMY & FILLING. Car Parking & A Table & 2 Chairs Outside.
Appalling service tonight by the young blonde male who totally ignored us. We waited at the ice cream counter and asked the young fella who was at the till with his head down, if he was going to serve us. His mumbled reply without moving from his position was "choose what you want, pay, then I'll get". He made no attempt to give customer service, bloody rude smug boy. We left without purchase saying we would be back in the weekend when the service is better. He glared at us with his head down as we left. To add to this there was a "pubic HAIR" in the Hokey Pokey ice cream......So no thanks wasn't meant to be yucky.
Tonight I was not impressed. I get that it’s Christmas Eve but upon arrival the worker had an attitude. I asked for a beef burger then got charged for a fish burger (more expensive). I thought she may have got the wrong burger so I not only double but triple checked by asking if it was the right one she throughout this her responses were snappy and sassy. Once receiving my burger with one look I could tell it was fish, on the top bun there was dusty black spots on with a charcoal smell so it’s safe to say I was not impressed. Usually my experience is positive but this time round it was quite the opposite.
Ordered through Uber Eats at 11.30pm as it said 24 hours for some products but it's not even open then! Order timed out so was automatically cancelled. Ordered from Hagley but had to pay extra as missed discounts
Myself and my partner got lunch today the pies were good but then I got 2 chips combos Chips are old and tasteless no salt what so ever and when I got an extra chips the worker signed like she didn’t want to serve us I wouldn’t recommend getting the chips anytime soon
Probably the worse service ive ever experienced. Woman working today was so unhappy and rude. The way she spoke to us was shocking and uncalled for and made us feel like such a burden because we ordered multiple things. Food wasnt heated up to temp, still cold like it hadnt even been heated up in the first place. Dont work in customer service if you are that unhappy serving people.
Opening hours advertized as 6am, arrived at 7:30am 20Jan23 and not open as advertized. There was milk sitting right out the front of the store when i came back at 8!q
