   Really disappointed. Go there all the time for the THICK shakes. Order one each for my son an I an they were like drinking milk with bearly any flavor. Went back to ask about it as they never been like that b4 an was thats how they always are which is not correct.

   The customer service experience was disappointing, as the cashier did not respond when I greeted them at the counter. I found it to be among the poorest service I have encountered. Additionally, as I was leaving, the cashier did not thank me. This behavior is unusual, especially in New Zealand, and suggests a need for improved manners and professionalism. I believe that customer service representatives should prioritize courtesy and respectful communication.

   Just ordered doordash from them got my order. And what do you you know no tub of salted caramel that costed $13.90 and they put 2 stick ones that cost $6.90. Rang them to sort this out they Told me there manager wasn't in the store nor was the boss, then told me they wouldn't refund me. Had the same conversation one the phone with 3 or 4 people that work there. I give them a negative star review never going here again. So got hold of doordash to get my refund. And I recorded the conversation

   All I wanted was a buzz bee unfortunately I am still looking for the topping and the caramel sauce - swirly whirly was not to the normal fresh standard- yet I can not complain about the snow freeze ice-cream as the whole sundae was basically that and nothing else - disappointing. Come on guys these sundaes are so yummy - you have photos for a reason to maintain a high standard for the night’n’day franchise’s reputation. Note photos - LEFT - what I received - RIGHT - what is advertised.

   Not happy been looking forward to my old school shake all night and when I come to Hagley park night and day they say " no sorry normal shakes only" what? So I say can I get a ice cream on cone? Yes they say so I'm really confused that they can't make my shake then put ice cream on it!! They need better customer service very rude, okay I'll just go spend my money at Woolston night n day

   This place has turned around so much!! Awesome selection of hot food for morning tea. Best wedges I've had in ages, and I could tell they were made and handled with some tlc. Friendly banter with the man who served me. All around a 5 star experience like the nightnday of old
