“I never expect going to glassons to be a pleasant experience because of what the staff are known for. However when I went in today it was a great experience. I have mobility issues so as I was waiting for my sister to get changed in the changing rooms, one of the staff quietly came up to me and offered me a place to sit as she could see that may be of help. It was such a nice gesture as most people tend to just stare. I really appreciated her going out of her way to make me feel comfortable.”
