   SCAM ALERTS – Avoid Millers! I recently had a terrible experience with Millers that I feel compelled to share to warn others. When I requested a refund for a purchase, I was shocked to learn that they do not return your money. Instead, they issue a gift card or credit note. To make matters worse, when I tried to use the gift card, I was told I had to spend DOUBLE the amount of the refund to use it! For example, if your refund is $100, you must spend $200 to access your own money. This policy is outrageous, unethical, and feels like a deliberate scam to withhold customers' money and force them into spending more. It’s absurd and immoral. I escalated this issue to the store manager and even regional management, but it seems they are fully aware of this policy and have no intention of changing it. This is not how a reputable business should treat its customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Millers unless they change this predatory practice. You’ve been warned!

   Poor customer service not very helpful to people and they don't agree if their material is bad instead they say it's customer fault because their product are really good. Their essential pants are really bad because I have to change black pants twice because once you wear it it's get torn from sides. They won't exchange for new pants because you wore it. They don't have problem solving skills. They only know how to blame customer and don't believe them.

   I went there with a friend this afternoon- my friend bought about 8 tops and she wasnt given a shop bag to put them in-in fact the lady at the counter said they didn't have any bags!!! the busiest time of the year and they don't have any bags!!! wow someones not doing their job! Interesting thing is the two ladies in front of me got bags for their items so what's going on here Millers -are you being selective, racist? over who you give your bags to??? not impressed! wont be going back there for awhile!

   Had visited with my mother and grandmother but had to wait outside due to it being so tightly packed that I couldn't fit my pram inside with my infant daughter in it. Felt for those going in with walkers; given the demographic of customers, it definitely is not suited to those in mobility scooters wheelchair or walking aids.

   Affordable clothing with options for many sizes and heights. I find it difficult though getting around the store with my walking stick as some of the spaces are tight. Also hard to look at some clothing easily with my disability.
