Lovely store and staff. Melissa was wonderful personally selecting a gorgeous range of items that best complemented my body type. She was very knowledgeable and boosted my confidence in many ways. Look forward to returning to the store again for my next special occasion!
Have been in to the store multiple times. 2 out of 3 times was not greeted or acknowledged at all. Today I went in, was not greeted but the lady who walked in 10 seconds later was. No one asked me if I needed any help. I purchased a jacket because I needed to but the girl at the counter was incredibly rude. I will never shop at your store ever again. Incredibly disappointing. Customer service clearly needs to be upskilled.

I absolutely love shopping at Shine On in Albany. Such beautiful clothes with lots of new styles regularly coming in. The ladies are super friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. Highly recommend shopping here!
What an amazing store. The staff make you feel so welcome and valued. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience choosing a dress each for my wedding. Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies there. We will most certainly be back.
First visit yesterday and boy was I impressed! What a beautiful store with such friendly and helpful staff made for such an enjoyable experience. I was so well looked after.
