   I was the walking wounded today, limping in to buy shoes with some decent tread. The wonderful ladies in Albany brought me so many pairs to try on, and gave me such great advice. I ended up buying a dressy pair and a comfy walking pair. And even the bag they gave me was so lovely I would have happily paid extra for it. This is, hands down, my absolute favourite Auckland shoe shop!

   Super impressed right from the assistant at the Merivale store. I went in browsing and she asked if she could help. I said no one seems to have navy sandals and she immediately asked if I had seen ones on the website and showed them to me. I pondered for a day as also saw they were in a powder blue colour. Anyway I ordered and my shoes arrived within a week. Very impressed and excited. Thanks for the great service.

   I ordered a lovely pair of dressy shoes. Excellent service, I received shoes in a couple days. Unfortunately shoes didn't fit comfortably they were too narrow a fit. I had to return them. Collective Shoes gave me a refund with no problems. Will be happy to do business in the future. Thanks Catherine

   Mixed feelings about my dealings with Collective Shoes. My order was addressed incorrectly and when I pointed this out it was brushed off and no apology offered, which was the least I thought I could expect. Regrettably, the shoes were too small and I ended up having to send them back. I am pleased to say that the return process was simple (although you have to notify them before you send product back) and the refund swiftly processed, thank you.
