   Second property using Hempac, this one spent $80,000 on cedar, opened sealed packet and found about 14 broken boards in the middle of the packet, their rep agreed they were delivered damaged but they refuse to any refund or replacement. The excuse, we took too long to claim, we were asked to take the delivery early, whch we did, it was a huge job so of course it would take some time to open all the materials. Pathetic customer service, I would suggest buying elsewhere, there are about 3 other cedar merchants. To top it off the rep emails saying look forward to the next job. Seriously out of touch with customer service and they don't stand behind their product. It's not the value, its the principle of the matter.

   Random lengths means a stack of 1.8 to 3m at best, damaged boards and incredibly poor grade timber. Disappointed at $44 a metre

Jess also offered to follow through promptly with pricing info and further excellent customer support. Highly recommend visiting her in the Silverdale showroom, she’s a credit to Hermpac
