Bought a boat battery - Lee was very helpful and friendly. He tested my old battery and found a good price on a suitable replacement.
The shop assistant patiently and meticulously helped me search and solve all kinds of difficult problems. His attitude was excellent and he was very professional. I'd like to give him a thumbs - up. Since I'm Chinese and don't understand English, I have to use a translator.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dean at Repco on a particularly rainy day. I was impressed by his product knowledge, how effortlessly he installed the parts, and then ethically disposed of the old parts and recycling. I was treated like a VIP customer the entire time and left the Silverdale branch thinking, "Jeepers, that was an amazing experience." Thank you Dean and well done Repco.
Don't go to this store I asked them to hold something for me. I had been told not a problem. I then went in to pick it up and it had been sold
I was just picking up my order this morning like other times before. But, today they recorded on a piece of paper the number of my ID document. The store provided an explanation, but recording the ID number is not part of the website privacy policy. Head office confirmed. Disappointing not to be able to know where my personal information is going and how it is stored and for how long. Hopefully it will be disposed of safely.
Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing service
I had a very flat battery in my car and had to jump start it the last couple of times. Repco was running on low staff, but Lee took his 10 minute break to install my new battery for me. Friendly and super helpful. Thank you!
Lee (I hope I spelt his name right!?) was the most helpful salesman my partner and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond to help me get my car WOF-ready for a fantastic price. Even went as far as fitting my new windsheild wiper blades for me at the counter! An upstanding car guy and awesome bloke to have on your team :) Will be returning for all car needs.
