Good dive shop friendly knowledgeable staff. Parking easy .. just can be hard to find amongst the other signs when looking for them from the main road.
Good customer service. Friendly guys with good advice. The wife drops in my gear and they always help load and unload.
Very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a $350 dive mask and when it arrived it had a big scratch on the lens. I sent it back overnight and asked for it to be replaced and overnight delivered back as I was going on a dive trip on the long weekend. They stalled for a week and lied twice telling me they sent it when they hadn't. They sent it a week later on a three day delivery service and I didn't get it for the weekend. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. I did receive the mask 6 days after they sent it after the long weekend in good condition thanks.
Best dive shop in New Zealand. Excellent quality equipment and top notch service from a very experienced team
