   For how large the Baby Industry is, I've been extremely surprised with the poor quality of service from my local dealers in Hamilton. Shopping with Winkalotts has been in stark contrast, A brilliant experience. Clear communication, swift actions, personable responses, I have significant e-tail experience and they're doing a lot of things right. I cant discourage anyone from shopping locally strongly enough. You'll get a better deal, and better service from this crowd.

   I brought a carseat off this website that I left a review on the product and they have deleted it so having to now leave it on here instead. I purchased the Infasecure attain more carseat, to only have it arrive looking different than the advertised product in the photos. There is lots of plastic exposed under the head wings that is not shown in the photos. So far I have been responded to with a snarky reply from the infasecure rep, the actual infasecure website contact email has completely ignored the issue also. This is so fustrating! If I had known there was so much plastic exposed I would not have purchased the carseat. For the price point I expect more. Customer's deserve complete transparency in the products they are buying and this isn't that. Be aware if you are thinking of buying this seat.

   If you like to receive goods in a timely manor And have great easy communication Then this isn’t the company for you. Selected pickup on order, but got processed as shipped. I tried calling multiple times. 5th jan, 7th jan, 10th jan. No reply. No response to emails With now over a week of order being placed I had no emails saying it was ready for pickup or had been shipped. So 11th of jan I called 4 times between 9.30am-10.30am. No answer. So I went to the store thinking I could pick it up. There was the owner sitting at his desk next to his phone. I explained I was there to pickup my goods and showed him my order number. He said it had been shipped already. I explained I had selected shipped and had trying to get hold of him for a week. I was instantly met with aggression and attitude. Saying things like “I know what I’m doing!!” I suggested he possibly check his web site as I was sure I selected pickup and asked where it had been sent. Again met with aggression and attitude with him closing the door in my face. Simple solution would be if he had answered his phone for a 1min call it could have been sorted and I not had hours wasted out of my day and been left attacked and upset. Or if it had actually been sent out in a timely manor I would have got an email saying so with a tracking number. I don’t recommend this company at all.

   I hate to leave a review like this publicly but I have given them the chance to respond and they havent- TERRIBLE service! I ordered a bouncer for my baby a month ago. Had zero updates. Emailed politely 3 times to see what was happening, zero response. Emailed to say I'd like to cancel the order as I really needed the product so wanted to get it from somewhere else, asked how to proceed. It was only because I checked the order page again today that I see it was cancelled but with no response whatsoever from the company- very weird. I've bought heaps of baby stuff from here but unfortunately not anymore. Please respond to people's emails.
