“I’ve had two great experiences here! They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that guests with allergies or restrictions feel not only accommodated, but welcomed. So incredibly kind and friendly! Allergens are clearly noted on the menu and they went out of their way to let me know what precautions they take to minimize the chance of CC. The food was incredible, and I’m glad I went with their recommendations. The note on the menu re: customizing tasting and set menu options to your dietary restrictions was really nice to see. I’m celiac and felt very understood when I noted a severe allergy.”

“Had a chance to try this place as part of the Urban Cocktail Trail event. Friendly staff, chill atmosphere. Highly recommend the Tropical Margarita! They also have a great selection of low- and no- alcohol cocktails/mocktails. Don't be fooled by the false door - the entrance is hidden (speakeasy-style) as a bookcase full of DVDs.”

“I had my 60th birthday at Crown Range Lounge. From the first meeting with Sam I knew I had found the right venue for a private function. The whole process of pre event details was dealt with professionalism and nothing was a problem. On my birthday I arrived to everything as we planned. The venue oozed cool atmosphere and the staff were lovely and warm to my guests. The whole experience I couldn’t fault. I would 100% recommend Crown Range Lounge as a venue.”

“A very memorable restaurant. Slightly mysterious unassuming very plain exterior but inside it's a whole different story! A lot of protocols being followed by the staff which create a special atmosphere. Food amazingly tasty. Every sauce is so tasty I was scraping my plate! The raw fish is the best I've ever tasted. The set menu is very good value and exactly what they promise - a taste adventure. Better make a reservation as they were full after we came and turned away several groups after us. I've never tasted Korean food like this or seen the rituals before. Beautiful attention to detail and highly organized preparation. An experience you'll want to repeat!”

“Went here for a Christmas party. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. Food was Christmas dinner and who doesn't love Cooked Ham, Roast Beef with all the trimmings. There was veges and salad. Dessert was just as good. The room was festive and well laid out as th not feel squashed. Highly recommend this venue for functions.”

“The Beer Spot is for everyone that likes beer and wine, exceptional craft beers, usually local and of course magnificent NZ wines. So much choice on tap and you are welcome to taste everything before settling on a favorite. Very well setup, plenty to do or just listen to music, some days it's live. Food is by food truck with amazing variety. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.”

“We found this amazing place, one of our favorite Korean food is Gamja-tang. Their Gamja-tang is worth every bite and money we paid for. Kudos to the owner, he is very kind, friendly and all the staff are very attentive, checking customer's need. We are so glad and happy customers, we could not stop talking about this hidden jem!!! Great experience, awesome traditional and authentic food, cherry on top, the service is genuine and more worthy than fine dine in. “My fourth visit here, this time with family to try the spring menu. We had the pear and honey special with focaccia, lamb shoulder pappardelle and the cacio e pepe. Everything was so yum, but the pappardelle was the standout for me. The staff were, as always, warm and helpful with great recommendations from the specials and wine menu. Always a great experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s on the next seasonal menu!”
