“A very memorable restaurant. Slightly mysterious unassuming very plain exterior but inside it's a whole different story! A lot of protocols being followed by the staff which create a special atmosphere. Food amazingly tasty. Every sauce is so tasty I was scraping my plate! The raw fish is the best I've ever tasted. The set menu is very good value and exactly what they promise - a taste adventure. Better make a reservation as they were full after we came and turned away several groups after us. I've never tasted Korean food like this or seen the rituals before. Beautiful attention to detail and highly organized preparation. An experience you'll want to repeat!”

The whole process of pre event details was dealt with professionalism and nothing was a problem. On my birthday I arrived to everything as we planned. The venue oozed cool atmosphere and the staff were lovely and warm to my guests. The whole experience I couldn’t fault. I would 100% recommend Crown Range Lounge as a venue.”

“My fourth visit here, this time with family to try the spring menu. We had the pear and honey special with focaccia, lamb shoulder pappardelle and the cacio e pepe. Everything was so yum, but the pappardelle was the standout for me. The staff were, as always, warm and helpful with great recommendations from the specials and wine menu. Always a great experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s on the next seasonal menu!”

“We found this amazing place, one of our favorite Korean food is Gamja-tang. Their Gamja-tang is worth every bite and money we paid for. Kudos to the owner, he is very kind, friendly and all the staff are very attentive, checking customer's need. We are so glad and happy customers, we could not stop talking about this hidden jem!!! Great experience, awesome traditional and authentic food, cherry on top, the service is genuine and more worthy than fine dine in. They try to explain the ingredients and dish specially for non-Korean. Will definitely come back here at FRIENDS, Highly recommended, this totally stood out among nearby korean resto around!!!”

So much choice on tap and you are welcome to taste everything before settling on a favorite. Very well setup, plenty to do or just listen to music, some days it's live. Food is by food truck with amazing variety. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.”

“Father’s Day 2025 celebration was had here, the place was bustling with diners enjoying themselves with food and drinks served by wonderful wait staff, prices are reasonable and quantity is satisfying as is the presentation and taste. “A cool idea to combine dining and board games together. Great for dates and group gatherings. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I was really impressed by the food. I wasn't expecting a lot from the food selection (thought it would all be finger foods) since I thought the main draw was the board games, but the food was actually really good. The chicken burrito and Korean Bulgolgi bowls were very flavourful, well seasoned and had generous portions. I ate my cheeseburger so fast because I was so hungry but the burger was nice, it had a thick juicy patty with very beefy flavours. We also braved the spicy chicken tender roulette, it was a bit expensive, $20 for only 6 tender strips, but one of them was super spicy, and we had a ball taking turns to see who got it. We played "Articulate" and it was a lot of fun. I did hope the board games were a little better maintained as ours was falling apart. I suppose the staff are busy and it's a bit difficult to keep track of the wellbeing of all of those board games. There was a wide range of game selection, and a great team bonding experience. I would love to return again with friends.”

“A huge selection of beer and spacious areas to catch up with groups of people. In the middle of an industrial area with little else around, it is a good location among the suburbs. Accompanied by a rotating food truck parked just outside that can fuel you. This time there was a Filipino food truck with delicious options @thebeerspot”

“Our first time here and we were very pleased with the ambience, food, staff and prices. The place filled up quickly with customers, but it didn't slow down the dishing out of food. The owner was walking around talking to the patrons and the wait staff were quick in attending to tables and bringing out orders. It was very very windy and cold outside, but with the windows closed and the heat pumps on, it very pleasant inside. Will definitely visit again, but maybe in summer when the weather permits us to sit outside and enjoy the beach!”

“I visited here on my last night in Auckland after seeing a show at Spark Arena. The staff were all really attentive even though it was a pretty busy nice. The place was decorated beautifully and there was plenty of places to sit. I had the Kawasawa cocktail and I really enjoyed it! All of their signature cocktails looked fantastic and it was so difficult to choose.”
