“Had Beachlands Sushi last week and had to come back and give it a five star review, it was so delicious! We had a mix of sushi and it was all so fresh and beautifully flavoured with different sauces. The customer service was super friendly and the restaurant has a clean, relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to come back again and try some more!”

“Came for lunch, good parking spot right outside. Our server was very polite and friendly. We ordered filetto, risotto e fungi, and tagliatelle bolognase. Nice big portions and absolutely tasty! Eye fillet was cooked as requested. For dessert we had cheesecake and profitroles which were nice. Very nice and clean restaurant and toilets, nice moody ambiance. Definitely will return.”

“We’ve been to this restaurant twice now, and each time has been an amazing experience. The food is absolutely top-notch and definitely among the best Italian cuisine we’ve had. The Limone and focaccia were real standouts. The ambience is cozy, and the staff are so warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Italian food. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could, I’d give 20 stars!) We came here for dinner and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The wine was excellent, but what really stood out was the incredible service. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who looked after us: he was outstanding. He explained the menu with such honesty, knowledge, and enthusiasm, and it was clear he had a deep understanding of both the dishes and the restaurant itself. We were unsure what to order because everything looked so good and we couldnt decide as we wanted to try everything. he guided us perfectly, giving thoughtful recommendations and going above and beyond to make sure we chose what suited us best. Even though the restaurant was full, he was attentive, quick, and genuinely warm smiling the whole time and clearly enjoying what he does. It’s rare to find service like that these days. The food was just as impressive. We had a meat dish (piatto con carne) that was one of the best mains I’ve ever had in Auckland, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The linguine pasta was also delicious. But the star for me was the olive ascolane: even better than the ones I’ve had in Italy. For dessert, the cannoli was outstanding, the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. Even when it came time to pay, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome right up until the very end. We truly enjoyed every moment of our experience here and will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended!”

“I'm so glad we tried Hayami. The food was excellent along with the service. The food must have arrived at the table in less than 10mins after ordering. Reasonably priced good quality wine too.. “Dropped in for the $10 lunch. It was simple, but very tasty and exceptional value - rice, omelet, choice of a vegetable dish. Really good value for money. I don't know many places where you can feed yourself for $10 for lunch. Cute interior design. Lots of space for groups of all sizes and people dining alone. A bunch of people turned up after us, so looks popular. The menu looks great, will come back another time to try it.”

“My go-to place for lunch specially when I am busy at work and in need of a quick bite, but not willing to compromise on the taste. Their food is affordable, yet still tastes good. Do you want a grab and go? Choose from their selection of pre-packed meals (I strongly recommend the salmon on rice), or if you have time to wait a teeny bit of time, you can go for a selection of hot cooked to order food from the menu. Plus their staff are friendly too!”

“Nice Italian restaurant with GF Pasta and Pizza. Pasta portions are huge, I‘ve struggled eating up the main size and ordered this time an entree size, which was a full size portion too. Also nice Italian wines to go with your meal. I can recommend Sangovese. Definitely a nice place to dine in. Bookings might be helpful as this place is well visited”

“Not only is the food at Sake Nippon Bar delicious, but the portion sizes are ideal. We ate a range of dishes, but my personal favourite was the chicken katsu. The chicken was fresh, flavourful and crunchy. The service is excellent. Food is served promptly. The atmosphere is conducive to conversation. However, on other occasions, it has been quite loud.”
