   I recently tried the Tortellini Porcini Tartufo, and it was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. The sauce was creamy and full of flavour, and the combination of porcini and truffle was rich without being overwhelming. The tortellini was cooked perfectly al dente, giving each bite a nice texture. It’s a dish that feels comforting and delicious, and for the quality you get, the price is very fair. I would definitely order it again. I also had some of their pizzas. They were so good that we started eating right away and completely forgot to take photos. The pizzas were fresh, tasty, and had a great balance of toppings and crust. The service was another highlight. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well looked after. Overall, the combination of delicious food and warm service makes this place a great choice. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

   Went to Gusto Italiano not knowing what to expect which ended up being a great decision last night. Our dinner the seafood spaghetti, chicken breast with vegetables & chicken fettuccine all amazing. The service from Milan & Armando was equally great. Definitely will return and thinking about ordering pizza & lasagne for tonight.

   This restaurant is truly worth coming back to. The staff treat every customer with genuine care and attention. The atmosphere is elegant, and the service makes you feel completely at home — Gusto has truly achieved that. I still remember when my wife and I first visited about five years ago; there was a picture on the wall surrounded by banknotes from different countries. Time really flies — it’s great to see that same warm feeling is still here.

   Gusto ranks among my all-time favorite restaurants in Auckland. Whether it's a quick lunch meeting or a family dinner, we always enjoy dining at Gusto. I particularly love the Pumpkin Gnocchi di Zucca—so light and flavorful—along with the Caprese paired with a side of garlic pizza bread. Yummmm Amano, the owner, is always a delight and welcoming. I like to book online so I never have to wait or miss out.

   Gusto have been here for ages and good to see that it is still popular. The pasta we had were very good and well presented. We had the Ragu and the Gustose, both were not very saucy and well cooked. We also had the Tre Signori pizza and that was well done as well, perfect base.

   Good food in a pleasant atmosphere but perhaps a little stingy on the toppings on my seafood pizza. In terms of service one member of our table was brought the wrong main and although this was quickly rectified it did mean that we had all started eating before him. Overall however a good night that was enjoyed by all there. Would return for another meal.

   Great service and very friendly staff ! But the pizza was burnt. From the first bite it tasted bad and relaxed that it was all burnt when we flipped it. It was really bad.

   Went to Gusto Italiano for a spontaneous dinner with family. I ordered the Gnocconi Ripieni 2 pieces which was like two large cheese filled pasta things - they were good for me since I recently got braces so I can only eat soft food. They were very tomatoey, tasted healthy, not exactly what I look for in a meal but that’s my fault for not reading the menu properly. Overall, the dish was pretty good. Then I tried every other persons at the tables dish so read below. My Mum got Gnocchi De Zucca which was a Pumpkin-type Gnocchi. Hers was pretty good as well, like mine it was really tomatoey-saucy. Didn’t love it but again, not my preference. One of the people we were with ordered the Pesco Del Giorno AKA Fish of the Day. The fish was snapper and it was served alongside some roast vegetables. Definitely my favourite among the dishes, the fish tasted quite fresh. I really enjoyed it. Didn’t try the vegetables but they looked yum. He finished his plate. We all did to be fair. Good sign ;) The other person we were with ordered Pollo Alla Senape Main. Which was a chicken dish with sauce on top and something on the side that I can’t quite remember. That was a pretty good chicken, the sauce was kind of sweet and the chicken was cooked well, not dry at all. The staff themselves were great, super helpful, had a one-year old with us who was over tired and hysterical but they did there best to help us, sorry to the other customers if you were there tonight. The interior was also quite nice, nice mood lighting, the tables and chairs were a bit crowded inside, not much room to walk around but not unusual for a restaurant so that’s understandable. The restaurant sits on the main road, therefore quite a good area.d
