   I ordered takeaway from this Japanese restaurant today and had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. But what really stood out was the service. The staff member who took my order was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and kindness. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again — highly recommend!

   Was expecting great food but was very disappointed with the main meal. The entree and side were served first and they were not bad. When it came to the mains, we made a BIG mistake ordering soup base ones as the soup was so so so salty that made sea water taste better! Seriously, it was so bad. I just don't understand how they could have got such a rating on Google. Surely, the cook would have taste what they made before serving! Very disappointed and not going back ever. I do not recommend.

   The best Japanese food I ever had. Musashi made me like Japanese food. The flavours were well balanced and soothing. Great customer service too. I thank my friend,Gabi who introduced this small Japanese restaurant in St Heliers. I wish if the restaurant was more spacious.

   A tiny jewel hides in lovely St Heliers neighborhood. Booking is super easy - online or phone call. Parking is easy as. Quality, freshness and quantity of dishes achieved a great balance. Clean and tidy - toilet too (and not wet). Try and you will keep coming back.

   Have come here several times over the years and always loved the food - beautiful prepared and presented. Service can be a bit hit & miss depending how busy they are, and it can get really loud inside the restaurant. But the food, definitely worth it!

   I had lunch here on a Saturday with my parents and my 2 year old toddler. The food was amazing as always but I wanted to give a special mention to how kid-friendly this restaurant is. I had made a note in the booking for a highchair if available and this was set up prior to arrival. As soon as we were seated, we were given a folder with coloring in sheets and coloring pencils, a kids menu and we were also provided with a plastic bowl and kids cutlery. My toddler had a great time and loved the food! We will definitely be back.

   We booked online for a special Valentines Day dinner. Thank you for being open although the weather was rough outside. We had a set menu that consisted of miso soup, three seasonal appetisers, soft shell crab karate, medium sushi & sashimi plate, shrimp tempura and chose a main from the list with rice. We chose wagyu beef sukiyaki and salmon miso nabe (extra charge). The food came out quickly and was so delicious. So satisfied with the meal and service.

   We didn’t book our table, because we arrived around 8.40, 20min before closing. Lucky us! Food was incredibly nice, well served and delivered fast. My order was fried crab and marinated tofu, both delicious, accompanied by plum wine. Kids menu is super well served, enough to feed any little hungry soul. Great dining experience, arigato gozaimasu!
