The guys are also a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Dean and Franz are both fantastic, especially Franz whom we've met twice. With the pandemic and all there's understandably challenges with shipping and logistics and it's a worldwide problem - the team at Smooch has been able to keep us up to date with the shipment of our orders, and to provide accurate updates. We received our goods within the time frame we were told, and while waiting for our shipment to be delivered, the team at Smooch also provided us with a set of loan sofa. Absolutely incredible! Thank you guys!”

From the get-go Irene was very responsive to my taste and specifications + example images I provided. She worked around layout restrictions and design points I didn't want to compromise on. The installation and finishing was speedily executed by project manager Robin's team. The design and install was carried out within an established budget early in the process. I'm very happy with my new kitchen! And would highly recommend working with Irene and the KMD team on kitchen renovation projects.”
