   I called in to BB&B Silverdale this afternoon and honestly, I was so surprised at the dreadful approach of the lady who served me. No ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’ or ‘have a nice day’. Instead, the greeting was ‘number?’ The purchase amount was mumbled at me. And that was it. With so many wonderful people actually wanting to work, move over grumpy pants and give some other willing worker an opportunity to shine.

   I will not be returning ever again after being mislead (again). They have stands with a "special" advertised with all the same branded items. However, you have to check VERY closely because the price will only apply to one small select group of items. You need to check the name of the tag against the sign. They will even colour code the shelves and you'd assume it's the whole stand. Absolutely not. When raised to the staff, they look at you with confusion. How could a customer not know it's a "specific" (maybe one row) of the advertised price. The rest are added to bulk the shelf up. So I've now for a second time left paying DOUBLE the price for something I saw on am advertised shelf but it was only one version (which is tricky to distinguish if you don't work there). Last time it was towels with a single strip but the shelf was full of towels in the same brand but with more than one strip. Ridiculous. Misleading. Unhelpful rude staff who simply do not care. I took a picture. Two rows on the top contained the special priced items. The rest were double the price. I have receipt for proof of purchase. They even colour coded. How insane that they can get away with it. Advice... spend extra time and check details very carefully. Don't let the sale tickets lure you in.

   Really appreciated the excellent customer service we received to get/decide what we were going to buy. There wasn't any push for sale but good support in looking at the variety of available products both within the store and what was in storage. Plus, they did have good sale prices as promoted.
