I contacted Paterson (Auckland) from Dunedin. Their support and help to find the right parts for our cistern was amazing. I highly recommend them and I am very grateful for their professional assistance.
We had a wonderful experience with Patersons, we purchased everything required for our bathroom and received a great deal. Our plumber commented how high quality everything was and we agree, so nice to use. The team, in particular Lee, were great to deal with and I would highly recommend them! Lee went through all the ranges with us and helped select a great product line.

Excellent service from the team at Paterson trading company with a shower replacement. They gave great advice to us as to what would work in our space and we ended up with a much better product than we had planned. There was a manufacturer fault with our shower head and they quickly informed us of this and fixed it.
Paterson's are an absolute nightmare company to deal with...please save yourself a lot of time, energy and unnecessary bother and go elsewhere for your bathroom product needs. We purchased toilet seats from this company a couple of months ago, only to find that the toilet seat lid, which is a soft close toilet may I add, has a crack in it. It has a 5 year warranty on it and the company has refused to give us a replacement or to take responsibility for this! Instead they have accused us of standing on the toilet seat or placing heavy objects on it. This is a pack of lies and your company is a joke! We have had to buy a new toilet seat as a result of your idiotic approach. Not to mention that your staff are arrogant and rude. Shame on Alicia and the team who had the audacity to create lies of this nature and even put it in an email. At least I have written evidence of your unprofessional conduct. Giving you a single star is me being generous.You have lost a customer and I will do everything in my power to make sure you lose more along the track. Shame on you! An absolute embarrassment. A shocker!
Consistently poor service over many interactions. They pretend to sell quality equipment, they do not back their product. Their product is unreliable. I suggest you save money and go somewhere else. That way you will also might meet nice people.
AVOID At All Cost - Worst After Sales Service! AVOID At All Cost - Worst After Sales Service! I purchased a so called premium kitchen tap (Steinberg) from Patterson in June 2019. Prior to purchasing the kitchen tap, the General Manager Manny Boyack served us and gave a whole profile of how good the brand was, the company was, and the after sales service was second to none. Within 2 weeks of installation, the tap started leaking and caused major water damage to my newly renovated kitchen. Immediately we went back to Manny and informed him of the issue. He sent his own plumber who installed the tap in the first place to replace the defective tap with a demo version to stop the leak. He then assured us 5 months ago that a new tap was ordered. Two major issues with his service: 1) We still have not received the brand new replacement tap even though we keep reaching out and inquiring about the progress of the shipment. 2) Manny and Paterson have said even though their tap caused this damage, they will not do anything about it! This is a shocker. Manny claims his insurance company told him that we should claim for the water damage ourselves under our own policy! This means I need to incur additional costs paying for the Insurance Claim Excess and also incur higher long term Insurance premiums even though its Patterson's product which caused this damage. As you can see from the above experience, I personally would avoid Paterson Trading in the future. Their behavior resembles that of a two bit used car salesman! Avoid At All Costs!

Beautiful range and ok service but you need to call ahead to check if they have what you want as their website will tell you they have stock of something when they don’t and cost you a trip.
